Message	I think the factory top was black and had white threads around the plastic back window instead of black threads. If it is the original top I bet it's time to replace it. I would take it to a reputable upholstery guy and have him check it out as they shrink over time and the tension cables will break or come loose. I would purchase the top online then find someone to install it. I bought a very nice german sonneland canvas top and paid about $700-$800 for it then paid someone about $350 to put it on. If you go to a shop they will charge you atleast $1000 for the entry level top and a good $$ to install it. Get the best material you can afford and take care of it
